Who is Taste.?
Chef Christopher Morales is the face and talent behind Taste. Proclaiming as a self taught Chef, he has been cooking for over 20 years, ranging from fine dining restaurants in Los Angeles, 2 star Michelin restaurants in New York and scratch kitchens in Florida. He has been a private Chef for 8 years, creating upscale menus for private clients. He prides himself on local ingredients, seasonal menus and mentoring fellow Chefs. When not in his Florida based home, he is photographing dishes, traveling the country collaborating with Chefs in pop-up venues, filming for Food Network and most recently on NBC’s debut season of “Yes, Chef!” featuring Martha Stewart and Jose Andres. He also sells his artwork on autographed, limited edition canvas featuring his most recent edible art.
