Looking for a fun interactive night with friends or loved ones? Book a cooking class in your very own home with no experience necessary. Learn basic to intermediate cooking techniques used in high end restaurants, including meat fabrication, fresh pasta and sauces. We will even include recipes used during our classes.

Meal Prep

Weekly meals for families, business, dietary restrictions with rotating scratch menus for the client on the go. Chef Christopher will arrive with hand picked groceries, prepare your meals, stock your refrigerator, heating instructions and leave your kitchen neat, clean and organized. Give him a few hours and you will have meals for a week.

Meet The Chef

Chef Christopher Morales is a self taught, traveling Chef that has worked in professional and private kitchens all across the United States. Born and raised in Los Angeles and moving to Central Florida in high school, he has seen many types of cuisine. He took over his very first kitchen as Executive Chef at the age of 20 years old just outside of Los Angeles and ending up landing back to in Florida just a few years later. Morales has always had a love for cooking and can even remember the first time that he wanted to become a Chef at a very early age. Chef has ran multiple yacht clubs in central and southern Florida where he resides with his girlfriend, 2 dogs and 3 cats. He has been accepted to 2 star Michelin restaurants in Midtown Manhattan, has ran and partially owned French, Italian, Irish and gastropub kitchens across the United States. He has appeared on numerous television shows including the Food Network and his latest competition, NBC’s “Yes, Chef!’ featuring Martha Stewart & Jose Andres, just to name a few. He professionally photographs his edible artwork into décor for the home, office or kitchen. Christopher also boasts a long list of upper echelon clients in Orlando, Miami and the Hamptons ranging from one night celebrations to full live-in personal Chef. An tremendous part of Christopher’s life and gratitude is base upon years of sobriety as he is in recovery from alcohol and loves to speak and mentor Chefs and hospitality staff about staying sober in the restaurant life. He is grateful for the lifestyle that he has chosen and knows he would not be in the position he is in today without it.
